Because downloader is not working and they want me to pay for you to fix it absolutely not I haven’t used it and I got it in October
Ok let’s see you don’t return calls you want me to pay for something I haven’t been able to use I have to schedule a phone call really
If I knew what happened, I wouldn't have to be calling you guys. You don't answer your phone.
You can't make a phone call back.
I have to go through a text message, then you want me to pay $50, and I'm not doing it. I already paid $65 and can't use it.

One day later they released an update. That update resolved my issue.

Hello! First off I'm not very good with a computer.
I'm in my 70's and do not know to work with out. For personal reasons I have to cancel 4K ( among things ). I know I sent an email before I was done with it. I chatted with someone.
and they were very patient with me. When they asked for all my info again, I was worried about putting my credit card# out there. I had recently been hacked. So I panicked And deleted.But PissedConsumer Emailed me And they said they will take care of my problem.
So that's where we are at.

Am I being scammed? I did sign up for a free trial today and now it says sign in to prove I'm not a bot.
The other issue is that I clicked to get another license key and then it doesn't work; it says it expired.
So what is going on? Please take me off of your free trial.

Today, 1/4/2025, I paid $15 for a 4K download plus and went to YouTube to download my created lists. I tried under Linux and tried under Android, but failed.
Believe me, I tried hard, especially as I am close to 80 years old and trying to enjoy myself with my created lists, but failed. So, please cancel and, if you would, refund my payment.
